Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: All orders are packed and shipped from our headquarters in Yorkton, SK, Canada.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within Canada. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. Sale items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

A: Email us at gandgathletics@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the process!

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size?

A: Absolutely! As long as the size you need is in stock, we’ll make it happen.

Sizing & Fit

Q: How does your sizing run?

A: Our pieces are true to size, but we include detailed fit notes on each product page. If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to message us for guidance.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

A: Yes! You can purchase digital gift cards on our website for any amount. Great for birthdays, holidays, or gym besties.

Pickups & Local Shopping.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?

A: Yes! If you’re local to Yorkton, SK, you can select Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready, usually within 1–2 business days.

Q: Can I shop in person?

A: We pop up at local markets and events often! Follow us on Instagram [@gandgathletics] to see where we’ll be next. You can shop exclusive drops and try things on in person. If local to Yorkton, SK, email gandgathletics@gmail.com or DM us @gandgathletics to set up an appointment time. 

Inventory & Sold- Out Items

Q: What if the item I want is sold out?

A: If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock alerts directly on the product page. Some styles are limited-edition—so don’t wait too long!

Q: Can I reserve something I saw at a market?

A: We don’t hold items unless purchased, but you can DM us to check if a piece is still available after the event.
